How apply to STSM?

Step 1:
- You are responsible for obtaining the agreement of the Host Institution.
- You have to send via email his/her application together with all the required documents to
- You have to give your CV and  the list of your publications

- You have to fill and give the following documents :
Application Form
• Work Plan
• Letter of Support from Home Institution

• Agreement from the HOST Institution


Step 2

- You are responsible for making an account on COST Association website regarding his/her application.

 The Grant Holder  will inform you about the outcome of the review and will arrange the necessary formalities for the issue of the grant in case of a positive result and availability of funding. 
In case of a positive result, you should send back to the Grant Holder the original signed grant letter via POSTAL SERVICES.
